Updates the create_mcp_tools docstring so the DynamicToolsMode descriptions use the user-facing labels (off, live schemas, auto discover) instead of the internal enum names (none, schema, all).
Changes:
- Renamed the three mode bullets in the docstring to match user-facing terminology.
